Phosphatidic Acid Results

i'm running the AI right now and it's pretty effing potent.

Tbh, i view it a lean gaining stack. the magnitropin's gonna pack on size, but the Alphadex will keep estro low/water weight down so you get that dry shredded look while gaining mass. I'll be stacking the two for sure after I run each on individually. Alphadex first

Plus 20% off at Nutraplanet right now is a damn good price!

I think my estrogen/cortisol are naturally low because whenever I take AIs or Cortisol Blockers my joints feel like garbage. But yeah, I didn't see the 20% off nutraplanet but I blew ridiculous money on the Olympus Labs line drive sale. First world problems...

Just wondering, have you used King at all (instead of Micro-PA)?

That's what I am currently using. Have 1+ bottles left of King. Not a clue if BPI is ever going to send the promo bottle of King they promised goodness knows how far back now. I do have 5 more bottles of Micro-PA in my closet though, so I'm stocked on PA for a good while to come.

No drop off in effects or weird GI issues with King in case you are wondering. I also have been dosing King @ 3 caps preworkout (60 minutes or so pre, same dosing protocol as when using Micro-PA, 750 mg's of PA 60 minutes pre).

Good to know. I was thinking of how it would effect me if I dosed all 3 caps pre-workout in the morning (fasted)

That's how I dose it. I think I gulp down 10+ pills on an empty stomach upon waking since I'm up at 4:20 and in the gym by around 5:20 (all AM).

The main reason that I am interested in this is the possible strength benefits of PA.

You will get it but i am one who is interessed in size more than strength:)
I do train with more reps than low reps training. Ofcourse i do low rep too but not so much

I wish I knew some. Most girls I know just like twiggy dudes, as long as they have 6 packs.

Nah, they just like twiggy dudes. Seen plenty that are skinny but ripped... but no six pack because they simply physically don't have one that are of note. :P

You're doing the wrong kind of running if your running is softening you up ;)

Nah man, have to get that emo twiggy squishy look. Can't go around looking like and Olympic sprinter :P

Agreed. Sprinting more often is what gets me leaner/"solid", if anything. I think he means jogging

That or distance running :P Not trying to win at a marathon though, but distance running nonetheless.

I'm friends with so many distance runners. They make fun of me all the time for being unable to run as much as them....I signed up for a 5K recently LOL. Gonna lose some gains :(

EDIT: I am not being serious about losing gains.

One 5k run isn't going to do much of anything bad to you, unless you've been training to win the thing or something, then you might get some body comp changes, maybe. I don't run... ever, so, dunno :P Battle ropes, carries, and simulated wingates on the spin machine for me!

I cycled nearly 200km on Saturday...back in the gym today...strength was off a bit, not surprising but with a sample size of n=1, endurance is not good for strength.

I am sure it will comeback but it goes to show that lifting and endurance, while not mutually exclusive will have an impact. I am done with it now so no more long distance stuff for me until next summer.

A 5km run won't do any damage to gains in my opinion, a 25km run, that probably would.

Yeah, your body does not have infinite resources to allocate to all types of activities and for you to excel in every activity you throw at it :P

Agreed!

Going to hit the jump rope, heavy bag and sled pushes for my cardio from now on...looking to shake that last bit of stubborn fat. I am about 10-11% would like t get to around 8%.

Oh yeah I know. I was just kidding, haha. Some people make cardio sound like the death of all muscle mass.

I guess it depends on the cardio? I mean, running frequently and for considerable distances at a stretch, that can't possibly be good for trying to gain mass in legs I would think.

I do 5ks all the time just for the hell of it. Do I like to run? Not especially. But it great to know that you can do something on a whim because you are healthy and fit. IMO, there is little point in looking like you are fit if you can't do things outside of the gym.

Also, I don't know what age you all are with these girls wanting twiggy guys, but it sounds like they are really young. When you get to be in your 30s+, they want men that actually look like men.

I'm 24. But yeah, I can actually run a 5K just fine, but these guys can run miles and miles more than that. I mainly workout to help athletic performance (I play basketball) so I don't really mind that I'm not a marathon runner.

Absolutely, and that is a different thing. I was more or less just pointing out that you are not going to lose gains and that a 5k is very much within the realm of what most anyone that is in reasonable shape should be able to do.

I have buddies that are doing an endurance event that is basically 350 miles and it is run like a relay. Everyone ends up doing about 28-30 miles in a 7-8 leg at a time. I am trying to decide if I want to give up the PRs I have busted through in the last 4 months or just go for it to say I can do it.

Yeah. I am doing a 13 mile obstacle course 1 week after my 5K so we'll see how I fare. I like challenging myself with different stuff, otherwise to me, there's no point in working out. I don't workout to be the best at exercising.

PS: I was joking about the cardio comment anyway, haha. I know I won't "lose my gains".

Why in the world would a 5k cost you gains?

A 5k is a half an hour jog at most to just about anyone who is remotely in shape and typically significantly faster than that.

Why would a half hour of exertion cost you gains?

I was just joking....I'll just edit the original post since I've had to say this a couple of times already.

My solution to that is to become huge and make people run FROM me.

I find it saves all the huffing and puffing.

Just kidding...the heart IS the most important muscle by far.
