Well, I didn't run it, but my younger brother ran King. He was my test dummy. He doesn't track his diet but is one of those kids who has a ridiculous metabolism and can eat what he wants and not get fat. I just told him to EAT. I did control peri-workout nutrition, 1 scoop whey and a banana (or two poptarts) pre wo, 2 scoops Amino IV intra, and 1 scoop whey and whatever he wanted post wo. He basically had a toasted plain bagel with butter and a bowl of cheerios. Sometimes eggs, just made sure it was ample food.
So he ran it for 1 month, 1.5 year experience in the gym prior to this with me. he's now 21 years old. I control his training, periodization, intensity waves, etc. Half the time he's in there with me.
Pre King: 5'6", 154 lbs. Body fat around 12-13%
Bench: 200x1
Squat: 275
Deadlift: 275
Post King: 161 lbs, no change in body fat. Kid you not, if he gained any, you can't tell from the muscle fullness he possesses now. I'd have to say probably 2-3 lbs is improved glycogen retention many note from PA, but still, very impressive for a natty supp imo
Bench: 230x1
Squat: 275x6.. 300x1
Deadlift: 315x1 (This i don't take too seriously, since he just started deadlifting about 3 months ago)
I'll be checking his measurements tomorrow morning upon awakening to see if he truly gained some good muscle. Things he notes from a month of PA:
- Increased muscle fullness
- Appetite is up (In Hawaii, I watched him eat 2 baconators, 2 fry, and 3 large frosty's in one sitting... i almost threw up)
- Better pumps
Could it be noobie gains still? Idk, but nonetheless I'm impressed. I nearly poo'd myself when he told me to look at the scale this morning.
He dosed 2 pre and 1 post w/o with food.
