Phosphatidic acid and LH

Hi does anybody have any experience of using phosphatidic acid? Specifically if it contributed to increased muscle mass and if it impacted on testosterone levels (if you had labs done). If no labs were done did it impact your libido/erections? Asking as I'm considering this supplement but science direct lists a research paper concluding that agents which increase it can inhibit LH stimulated testicular testosterone production. I don't have full access to the article so I can't assess it fully, though there's the usual problem it was done on rats not humans and didn't directly administer pa. I'm considering taking this but as I have test levels just barely in the normal range, I really don't want to mess with anything that will tank it further.
 
I've taken it many times, and sometimes I even double up on the dose
The only side effect for me was all-day muscle fullness
Curious by fullness do you just mean like a pump which went away after you stopped taking it or did it translate into real gains?
 
Yeah, think of it as a long-lasting pump
Strength always increases while on it too
That's abit disappointing, I'm looking for something natural to help build up the muscle rather than that pump type puffiness look that dissapears. Thanks for the info though.

PA will help build muscle, that's the point. The added fullness is just a nice side effect.

Ok, just I'm not a huge fan of the fullness pump type thing as I've got stretch marks from just work out pumps on my biceps it's ok when it's inflated but when it dissapates its noticeable. I've noticed a fullness type effect with apigenin too so looking for something with less pump and more density building if that makes sense.

Try Anabolic XT then. #1 supplement in many peoples cabinets. I've used 10+ bottles, and currently 2 bottles through a 3 bottle run.
