Phone number isnt working

I just received my package from Nutri-Verse and they left out one bottle of Dermatrest and the bottle that was packed leaked all over. They just wrapped it in brown paper. I hope this isn't the norm and I have reason suspect it is. However, I've order trandermals before from other companies and they are bubble wrapped with the spout secured tightly. I hope they remedy this quickly. I'll follow up
 
Max responded to my email in 2 mins and has already addressed the issue. I applaud the level of professionalism. Hopefully the bottles will be secured this time.
 
We already responded to your email and are working on a solution. Many customers have received their bottles unbroken and it is unusual that bubble wrap was not included with your PO, Please check your email so we can find a sound resolution.
 
As I stated, it's all been taken care of and it couldn't have been easier to handle. Thank you Nutri-Verse! I'll still be ordering over and over again.
