Phlojel Shipping From Canada Any Problems?

I ordered my phlojel about 5 weeks ago, the stuff still hasn't come. Anyone else have to wait a long time for this? Does it get hung up in customs for a real long time?

it took just about what they said around 10 to 12 business days.
