PHLOJEL at ordinary drug stores in Canada?

I'm visiting Quebec this month. How likely is it that I can walk into someplace like Pharmaprix and buy Phlojel? I know I can get it by mail order, but it might be cheaper and more convenient to get it in person.

Any Canadians reading this?
