Well guys it's been a while but I'm back and am currently running a new stack (to me anyway) it's called Pheradrive it's 15mg. Phera and 40mg. Tren per capsule-real Tren not that methoxy crap. Any how I started the cycle 7 days ago at 1 pill a day to see how strong this stuff is and let me tell you this is no bulls**t!! I stepped it up to 2 pills a day yesterday and wow already seeing gains. This stuff kicks ass so far, my thoughts on this stack was to beef up but try to keep most gains so I ran 1 pill a day for 5 days and am going to run 2 a day for 25 days and then back to 1 a day for the last 5 days to try to lean off and hopefully help solidify my gains and to make pct easier. My pct will be Arimadex HD by BPI, and maybe add some tribulus or T-911 about starting the 3rd week of pct. Supporting supps are milk thistle, NAC, saw palmetto, hawthorne berries, and some glucosamine and msm pills because something is up with my shoulders, lots of popping when I rotate it and pain when I do presses. My work-outs look like this Monday-shoulders, traps,abs Tuesday-back and bi's, Wednesday-rest, Thursday-chest and tri's, Friday-legs and abs Saturday and Sunday are rest days also maybe some forearm work but that is about it. Trying to gain but recuperate the shoulders on this cycle. Yesterday did 3 sets deadlifts 8-10 reps, 5 sets bent-over barbell rows 8-10 reps, 5 sets of wide-grip lat pulldowns to the front 8-12 reps, 3 sets of seated low cable rows 12-15 reps, then for bi's I started with alternating dumbell curls 8-10 reps for 4 sets, then 4 sets of incline dumbell curls for 8-10 reps, 1 set of concentration curls with arm hanging in front of me like Arnold would do not with your arm against your knee for 10 reps and finally a pump set of 25 reps of barbell curls. Man what a rush, felt my skin stretching!!
