Hey.....This is a complicated topic but any or all help would be appreciated
I am a college football player entering my 5th and final year. Last year i hurt my ankle and kept playing on it all season only to find out i had osteochondral defect in it along with a high ankle sprain. Middle of april i finally got it fixed undergoing Microfracture surgey on it. Last friday i had a check up and found that what area that they drilled is almost completely filled in with fibro-cartilage(?) which will now convert back to real cartilage. I am now walking after going 6 weeks non-weight baring and in another 6 weeks will be playing football again.
Now coming to my question......
Going through this whole process i have not been able to lift or do much at all. At me prime last year i was 190 a little over 5% bf and very very fast. Now i am not half of what i was. I am now cleared to begin lifting again and i am looking into something to get me back to where i was. I have previously done a small 1-ad cycle followed by 6oxo PCT a 2 years ago. Currently i am taking cissus RX to adress the problem along with cell fuel and glucosamine.
Im looking into a 3-4 week phera plex cycle or a cycle of Ergo 1-AD(i have 3 botttles left).
I wanted to see your input on me taking PP or 1AD while recovering from this procedure?(especially being at the point that i am at now)
And could you suggest one of the other and a sample cycle(which i would like to keep around 4 weeks with wat i would like to be no neg sides)
