this is my 1st time using clen read a testimonial about this product and the individual stated that it was double dosed my question is what would be safe doses on this product .

1st time, do something like this.

For two weeks ramp up and then down.

20 , 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140,... Keep upping the dose if you can tolerate it, then ramp down.
