Have been reading fantastic reviews about combining phentolamine with a PDE5 inhibitor like Cialis or Viagra .
Having a really tough time finding this shi*t though....used to be marketed as Vasomax in Brazil but now there are just some shady online companies selling it. It is essentially an alpha-1 and alpha-2 blocking agent.
Anyone have any experience using this or know of some reliable places to get it?
