Phenibut vs. GABA bp np

i plan on making a bulk powder order from nutraplanet...
Which one should i order?
Which is better and what is the difference between:
GABA vs. Phenibut
 
also i hear of people taking phenibut with a few drinks to promote relaxation. Would this have the same effect when using the gaba powder?
from what ive read phenibut activates the gaba receptors, so the gaba powder would work differently by having more gaba availible to get activated in the receptors?...what exactly does this mean

From what I understand, Phenibut is enhanced GABA because it has a Phenyl ring attached to it. Apparently Phenibut crosses the brain blood barrier and GABA does not. I like both, but Phenibut is a lot more powerful. If you want something that you can use everyday then go with GABA because you can build a tolerance to Phenibut very fast.

ok thanks for clearing that up...you say that phenibut is more powerful than the gaba powder so when you build a tolerance to phenibut does it become the same level as gaba or does it become completely useless?

I am not totally sure about that one.
 
Gaba is pretty useless eccept for sleep and even then it is weak. Some people LOVE gaba for sleep and its cheap enough to try.

One thing I have noticed is that using gaba will increase your phenubit tolerance. No science behind it just experience.

Phenibut is a godsend for anxiety and work performance in stressful meetings.
