I have been thinking about running a beginner cycle of a prohormone for a while now and have been doing some research. I am 22 and in shape(last APFT did 85 push ups in 2 minutes, 93 sit ups in 2 minutes, and 12:50 2 mile run) but want something to push me over the edge as far as performance goes and cut up a little bit. The problem is, there are varying opinions/"facts" on the internet and my local nutrition shop is full of people that push bro science. Today, the guy was pushing Warrior by reaciton Nutrition but upon looking up what was in it it seems like my liver would shrivel up and die after about a week.
So here are my main questions:
What is the best mild hormone that won't have a **** ton of side effects? I know some are more harsh than others.
What do I run with it? What do I run after it? I know the two biggest things are liver and hormone support.
Another problem I have ran into is all the "good" PCT seems like it is really hard to get(like Nolvadex). There a plenty of websites that claim to sell it but who knows if it is the real thing.
I appreciate the help. If I do a cycle then I want to make sure I have everything totally squared away. After searching, I have seen a lot of "I stacked these 3 hormones and now I don't know what to do for my PCT OMG help me"
Thanks again
