Ok, so I received three bottles from Roman Pharmaceuticals as a birthday present from a friend. Since I can't seem to find any solid info on how to take these elsewhere online, I figured I'd ask here, since you guys seem to know your ****, before going to the store my friend bought them at. There is just no way I'm going to take something unless I have a solid gameplan and some good advice. I'll list the product and what's in them. Any suggestions on how to take them or if I need something in addition to these products would be greatly appreciated guys! Thank you in advance:
