PH for Women

Is Nordiol the only PH any of you would recommend for a female?
I have a friend who has had good results with no negative side effects with Nordiol at fairly low doses (i.e. 100mg daily oral), but was wondering if something like a low dose of 4AD would have any positive effect or if any of you or anyone you knew had any experience with this.

Either low dose MD or M4OHN will work as well. I think there is already a thread on it.

just curious, but do women have to do PCT?

according to Queen of the Damned, no PCT except to come off of them gradually.
