All of these ingredients have been for sale as supplements for multiple years now. They're actually harder to find now after the ban than before.

I was meaning more of the companies as opposed to the ingredients. With the bans in place how do u know these labels are legit?? Or is that the gamble

No clue! It's definitely a gamble but so is anything you buy. How does someone know something simple like a pre workout has everything in it that the label says. I knew someone who was getting test from a pharmacy, pharmaceutical grade test and it was tested low. I'm not spending a ton of money on this stuff that's why I'm trying it. The methysten and dmz I got for the $50 some bucks. Sure why not give it a try. Some of these companies or people selling pro's or sarms for $100+ a bottle, forget that.

So far with the dmz and methylsten I haven't had any sides(knock on wood). My strength is still up and I seem to have much more endurance. I'm definitely leaning out, much more definition everywhere. So far so good, I think I'll be upping my dosage soon. Right now if I stay at 2 pills each a day I will have a little over 3 weeks left. At this point everything has been enjoyable and I would purchase again. Can't wait to see what a little more of each will bring.

Just picked this up today! The Solution turned me on to the new perform and it definitely works. Less winded and stamina is great. Love this stuff, didn't want to run out.

The new Xtend perform really works well! I find myself not breathing hard and I feel like I can keep working out like no tomorrow. For the pro's, since I've been on 3 caps a day, I feel great, mood wise, body, and pumps are incredible! Definitely legit products! There are so many companies out there and you have no clue if what's on the label is really in there. These work really well and I'm very happy with the results so far. I see a lot of companies stacking these 2 compounds with ment/trest, whatever you want to call it. I'm thinking of incorporating the reaper into the equation to see what happens!

I'm not too sure, I've heard a bunch of different dosing. All the way from 30mg to 100mg. So I figured I'd start low probably at 30 and I guess go up from there. Has anyone ran ment before and if you have what dosing did you use?

Well I have Trest... 50mg to start, and ramp it up to about 100 on non workout days, 125mg on workouts days extra dose preworkout.
 
Cycle has been going great. We are going to Florida for a little vacation and I don't want to take any pct stuff with me so I'm actually tapering my dosages down to last me through vacation. Never done this before so we will see. Keeping my ment dosage low until I get back also. Never ran this compound so I don't know how my body will react at higher dosages so better safe than sorry
 
Just a little update. I finished my DMZ and Methysten run last week Wednesday. I have to say they worked great and kicked in fast. My sweet spot was 3 caps of each per day. I did go to 4 caps of DMZ but I felt a little lethargy so backed it back down to 3 after a couple days. I incorporated ment into the cycle for the last 1-2 weeks at just 1 cap a day. Now that I'm back from vacation I have been upping my dose every couple days. Right now I'm at 5 caps a day spread 4 hours apart. So far (knock on wood) there has been no sides with any of the compounds I've ran. I've heard the sweet spot for ment is roughly 300mg-500mg weekly. I figured I would dose up to 6 caps a day which is about right in the middle of that and see from there.

The stack I ran before, the hardcore formulations one. Super legit! Probably superdrol or something but who gives a f**k the s**t worked! Very sad to have it come to an end. Strength shot up within 3-4 days. I then transferred into the ment, I dosed all the way up to 110 mgs. Felt basically nothing. So I would assume it was fake stuff. What do you expect for $30 lol. Now I'm running the sarm stack and it seems to be pretty good, strength is going up so far.
