Slight incline reverse grip BB press

Flat DB hex press(DB's touching)
3x60's x 10
Huge pump!

Dips
3x10 reps

Band hammer curls
3x20 reps
With a 10 sec rest in between sets

Thanks buddy! I wanted to try 95's and 100's today cause everything was feeling good but since I'm training that guy, I need to stay on the move so he's not resting much and I'm getting in as much as I can in the time we have.

Ok this was my initial review of Phenadrol. Me and the guy I'm training both took it at the same time. Within 10 min I felt more alert while we were talking. Then all of a sudden he said he was burning up and tingling all over. He was red as hell, like he was at the beach all day and he said his skin felt hot! He was begging to start lifting! Within 5 min it happened to me but not to his extent! 1 cap is potent, the heat and energy from one pill was crazy! I was not expecting that at all. It gives you a great sweat as well. I was blown away on the amount of heat this produces, my face and body was on fire! I can't wait to try it again tomorrow, now that I know what to expect. I've never felt anything like it with any other supplement I've ever tried. When you take this people would think you just got done tanning or got burnt outside, insane! I still have a decent amount of energy and I took this around 5:45-6:00 this morning. Appetite suppressant was decent, I'll keep everyone posted on how that works.
 
Second day on Phenadrol, this stuff is badass!!! The moment the warming effect hits, your on a mission. The back workout we did this morning was so fast paced. Hardly any rests, sweating like crazy and warm as hell. I love this stuff. This by far is one of the top 2 energy/fat burners I've ever tried! I'll post my back workout a little later

The cinnamon flavor is one of my top two favs. It's like a cinnamon roll or Cinnabon, delicious, especially in a coffee to make an iced drink

I haven't tried it on yet, I doubt I'll be out growing it anytime soon:)
 
That Xcel athletes whey looks like a solid product. I might look into it next time. Not too bad on price either.

Their protein I'd great. I've went through two tubs. Banana and choc pb swirl. Great taste and mix ability. I'd def recommend it
