Thanks man! I feel I do better with light weight. I'm practicing perfect form with a slow negative, 1 second pause and then an explosive press or pull. I'm diggin itI can't believe he didn't yak all over the place....crazy volume even w the light weight for 25 min. I mean nuckin' futs.

It was legit. If it wasn't for that, I'd be so mad at you for posting that sick burger. Pretzel buns ftw!

Yes the SuperPump Max was at Kroger. I don't know if you guys ever order from supptalk.com but Shawn there is the sh!t. I ordered my wife her fav supp, Diablo and received all of those samples. This gal at work takes Hellfire a lot....you can always tell when she does, because she'll be sweating thru her light hoodie & just running around w/ her earbuds in cleaning things like mad (she's the janitor, but this is different).

I love them, my shoulders explode cause of the constant tension!Love the banded lat raises. I've been using them as re/prehab on my shoulders. Great warm up to get blood flow.

I would mix some stimul8 and condensecondense is good but the stim fades quick at least for me.
Or the iron flex pwo with stimul8 and some max pump. Bye bye skin.
