Pes Shift?

Picked up 2 bottles recently to try block some of my constant hunger issues & get some Forskolin.

Day 3 so far and still got the starving feeling? Just as bad.

I haven't touched any supplements for a while just to give my body a rest.

I picked up a stimmed fat burner/preworkout DMHA Eria Jarensis combo + Im taking Pes Shift 2 in the morning and also 1 in the evening. I could honestly still hammer 4000 calories easy.

Take it i just need to grind on and just deal with it?

I am bulking out meals with veggies + i have also tried lower carb higher fat etc but i still remain thinking of food.. Ive completed a diet before like this. Its miserable but i want to keep in shape so its a balance.

Any tips or recommendations guys?

I would say keep tracking your calories and slowly decrease them. Also when i'm cutting I will always drink extra water which seems to keep me fuller longer.

I have found that Shift doesn't make a noticeable difference on appetite suppression for myself either.

I don't think shift is marketed as an appetite suppressant. It's designed to speed up your metabolism and stimulate your thyroid, so it's possible that it's making your appetite worse. Foskolin is a great ingredient to help with body composition, but I don't think there are any benefits when it comes to appetite suppression.

What is your current calorie intake? Also, what preworkout are you using? Ive found Eria to be phenomenal for appetite suppression, and usually DHMA helps too.

I would agree with LeanEngineer and keep your water intake high. Also eat more greens and fibrous veggies. My appetite is huge too, but a massive salad always fills me up. I would also read up on the different ingredients in shift and see what might be helping or harming your appetite. Additionally, I would look into Oxymax XT for your next thermogenic/fat loss product. Oxymax has always helped blunt my appetite

Looking at the ingredients I don't think you will have much in the way of suppression. Cutting calories is really the best way to cut. IF you decrease them slowly you will find that your appetite changes with them. Increasing water intake can also help.

Calorie intake is 2300 (Maintenance is 2800) i increase my calories if i am out cycling (Most days)

See i dont really rate Eria Jarensis? It has never really done anything for me.

The fat burner isn't a company whos a sponsor on here so i wont mention the name but the ingredient panel is

Dandelion Root Extract
Dicaffiene Malate
Juglans Regia (DHMA/DMHA)
Eria Jarensis
Capascian
Higenamine
Paradoxine
3,5 Diiodothyronine
Bioperine

All very good doses..

Also i am taking PES shift..
Synephrine
Rhodiola Rosea Extract
Hemerocollis Fulva Extract
Coleus Forkolii Extract
Olive Extract
Aframomum Melegueta Extract

So i think this is a healthy looking cutting stack

I thought Synephrine + Rhodilea was geared towards helping with appetite? Just seemed to come across like that from reading forum's and also the study based on these 2 compounds

Do you think the thyroid stimulators might trigger hunger though?

I always drink a couple glasses of water before a meal and also have a glass alongside the meal just to fill my stomach out a little more.

What do use think of that stack?

Thanks
