PES SHIFT SIDES!!HELP

Hi guys,

I just ordered 2 bottles of the new pes shift. I have a question about it tho...the reason why i bought it is because i cant stand stim fat burners. I am extremely sensitive to them as i start panicking and feel colf skin in the outside and a heavy "head" and weakness...basically the opposite effects of what they should do. I also took 7oxo by hydrapharm which is a non stm but for some reason i was having the same sides with it.

I took the old shift from sysnthetic supplements back in the days ( i know it had completely different ingredients and i had no dised) but at the same time 3 months ago i bought t2 pes which was basicvally the same and had to stop imemdiately because afterb the 1st pill i was feeling the sides i mentioned above.


The question is...with this new pes shift ( since it contains synephrine), will it make me feel sick ? i need a pill that makes me feel like im not on "something" liek the others did.... no jitters, no sides, anxiety and so on.....

I finished my bottle of shift a week ago, didnt have any sides, its a small amount of synepherine so you should be safe, mby its better for you to take it in 2 doses, 1 pill am and 1 pm, but since you're so sensitive it may take you few days to get used to that amount of synepherine..but still i dont think you should feel any sides

Thank you man! for some reason i got so sensitive to supplements...the only fat burner that diddnt give me any sides at all was basically the old shift and lean extreme. However lean extreme didnt work for me despite everybody seem to give great reviews...

Did you get good results? Do i feel it "kickin in?" or is it like if you didnt take anything?....thanks

I had pretty good results, i was also taking norcodrene with shift, but the month before i used erase pro plus and alphamine, and had much better results than norco+shift, but the diet is the key, fatburners can help but diet does most of the work!

Indeed, diet is key....whats the amount of mg of synephrine in shift (1 cap)? reading about other people having same sides as me when taking fat burners with synephrine in it.....daamn

I think its 35 mg, but im not sure, check on the label, but still thats not a massive amount, i think you should be fine, but still since you say that you're very sensitive it also may be too much for you, but you'll see, good luck!

I would recommend contacting companies and asking for a sample pack. Most will send them out for free, or just ask for shipping cost. This would be better then purchasing an entire bottle.

Also, you may want to compare the ingredients between products that trigger sides and ones that don't. This way you can figure out exactly what you are reacting to. Although I have a high stim tolerance, I have taken products that trigger a similar response. For example, OL Bloodshr3d War edition vs Raw edition. If I take two scoops of Raw, which contains Alpha Yohimbe, I feel "off" but the War edition I am fine with.
 
synepherine can cause migraines in some individuals that's the only major side effect. I prefer products with Higenamine hcl instead. Synepherine is pretty good if u have sinus issues though.
 
I am very stim sensitive now a days as well. I used to tolorate very high stims. Shift did not cause any anxiety issues for me, since the stim is so mild.

I did however have horrible headaches from it. That was a bummer since I like the formula and the company.
