That exact thing happened to me during my workout, twice.
Out of PES shakers now :(

Actually out of all the shakers I've had these fit so well you didn't even have to hold cap while shaking.... Very nice design. And they fit in my cup holder.
 
What have you got in it?

It looks green and murky lol.
 
PES shaker with non PES branded goods?

I think you forced the shaker into a tough position and it was left with no choice.

Well.... I haven't seen a multi product like that by pes so I gotta do what I gotta do.

Doctors explaining to me that a powdered for of vitamins is much better for absorption. I am currently looking for the least expensive b-complex in powder form for the wife. A prescribed bottle for 30days $24.
