I'm trying to get my hands on some ergonine for $30. Where can I buy ergonine for $30? I see PES has it on their site ut its like fourty something. Is there a coupon code out there for it?

what water ratio do you guys use? 12oz for 1 scoop seems pretty damn strong, 10oz was just redic.

I know you yanks like stuff sweet, but surely some better ratio's floating around?

cheers man, did 16oz yesterday and it was far more enjoyable! will try watering it down further to 20oz and see what its like.

16-20 is a better sweet spot, definitely if you're using Nanaberry.

I can enjoy Iced Tea or Tropical Twist in less, but to each their own

I found tropical twist to be a lot better to drink in less as well

High Volume as directed pre-workout, Ergonine any time daily but most like it either pre or during their workout, keep hydrated and reap some extra benefits
