PES Enhanced risk

How much of a risk would it honestly be if I took PES enhanced (one of the batches that got recalled). Was there a final consensus on if aegeline was indeed the culprit behind the hepatitis cases?

I have almost an entire bottle of it (only took one serving so far) and I really do not feel like sending it back.
