DAY 20

AB + Blue Gene (freaking love Blue Gene)
AB + Triazole (have two bottles)
AB + Lit-Up + Triazole
AB + Lit-Up + Erase (have 1/2 a bottle. would need to purchase more)
AB + Ebol (have 3/4 bottle)

All look like potentially good combinations. However this one gets my vote: AB + Lit-Up + Triazole. E-Bol hasen't done anything for me.

Please explain the attraction to Blue Gene.
 
my attraction with blue gene............well, let's start from the beginning.....

i became aware of blue gene through a "one deal a day" site. this was back in the day, when this site had good deals on good products. heh, those were the days. anyway, i purchased 2 bottles. i ran the first bottle and was not pleased. a CL rep encouraged me to continue on. So, I did. It was not until a week or two post blue gene, that I realized how well this was working for me. Every time I run it, I'm able to push more weight. Period. Recovery increases. Muscles more dense. And, I never figured there to be enough cissus to benefit joints. But, my joints feel better on it as well. keep in mind, i've never used ph's or the dark side. but, for me, blue gene has been one of the most effective products i've used.
 
DAY 24

~Hunger. This seems to have slowly increased over the duration.
~Appearance. I feel as though I'm looking more muscular in the arms and shoulders. Stomach and chest are still carrying too much fat. So, it's difficult to say if there is changes in those areas.
~Weight. Holding steady at 243 lbs.
~Thirst. Major thirst during workouts with the 2-2 scheme.
~Pump. Muscles are feeling large and full.
~Other. The wife asked me if "my other lifting buddies are looking as muscular as me". :)
 
Bloated while on AnaBeta, are you on the 'seefood' diet?! :)
 
Good feedback! in your first post you state your 'tinkering with IF'...are you still? I skimmed thru, didn't see it mentioned...

basically, the morning after my lifting sessions, its virtually impossible to skip breakfast and/or lunch. i can usually skip one, but not the other. i think this is because......

1. I lift late in the evening starting at 8:30, sometimes 9:00
2. I've went to the 2-2 dosing, which gives me all 4 caps late in the day.

by the time i wake up, i'm freaking starving!!

for my second bottle, i really want to try and stick with IF. but, this would undoubtedly require an appetite suppressant/fat burner.
 
DAY 27

~No training today.
~Sweating. I felt I need to comment on this. I will admit. It's been hot as balls around here lately. But, dudes, the sweat just rolls off of me. I went to a cookout yesterday around 5pm ish. By then, the temp had dropped into the 80's. And, the sweat just continued to drip off of me. I'm sure others were sweating as well. But, I did not notice anyone glistening with sweat the way that I was. Wow, it was crazy. Today, same deal. Sweat city. So, I figured I would hop on and post this.
 
DAY 31

~Still going. Either I missed some doses, there were more than 120 caps, or a little of both. I have another 3 days to go!! I think...
~I seem to be noticing a thermogenic effect more so now than ever before. I take all 4 caps relatively late in the evening. The next morning, I find myself sweating. The outside temp has been really hot. But, I work in an office. Soooooooo.........idk
~I'm also feeling more "firm" in areas that were super soft before. No, not the PP.

~Other. I haven't decided if I'm going straight into bottle no. 2. Or, take a break and come back in a month or so. Thoughts?

I'd run them back to back since most natty supps take time to see substantial results.
