2 scoop Alphamine 1 cap AlphaT2 upon waking. 1 scoop Alphamine 2 caps AlphaT2 later in the day. Alphamine dosage can be lowered if 2 scoops is too much and can be flipped it you lift later in the day and prefer a higher Alphamine dose.
If using Enhanced I would drop the pre-workout Alphamine dose and replace it with Enhanced.
