I am receiving 400mg shots /mnth as of right now will this have any real effect on my body building goals ?

Should I use an oral in addition to this ?

first, why are you recieveing injections in the first place? if its for trt i suggest what the doc perscribed or else hes gonna know somethings up when you get your blood work done.
