Performaxlabs Fitmax log

Sounds like it's still hitting hard. Love the log so far man, I'm jumping aboard a little late. Are you consuming 2.5 scoops still?
 
They closed the gym? That sucks, especially after driving all the way out there

Yes sir and it works great every time. Yes it is snowing now... I took my daughters out to fogo de Chao daddy daughter night while my wife stayed home... And it was raining mixed with ice on the way hone it was heavy snow... I hope the gym will be open tomorrow... Please lord please!
 
Well here's back and biceps before the heat of the snow storm lol!

Started out with 3sets of pull ups all 8-10 reps
Lat pull downs 3sets 120x15-130x12-150x12
Then did reverse grip same amount in weight and reps
Cable rows- 90x15-120x12-130x12-150x10
Db curls 30x15-35x12-40x12-45x8
Hammer curls 35x15-45x12-50x12
Hammer strength lat pull downs-90x15-70x12-180x12-200x8
Eze bar curls 50x12-60x12-70x12
Preacher curl machine 45x15-55x12
Repeat arms were supper pumped after first set of lat pull downs finished with abs ......then post shake pbj and a apple then to work lunch was all natural chicken nuggets lol the wife made lol.... Snack before going to my second job... Dinner roast beef and turkey sandwich chips and carrots snack before bed was yogurt... That's that... Will hopefully be hitting up legs if the gym is open...

Tricep rope pushdowns 60x20-80x12-90x12
Reverse cable machine barbell pull pushdown 60x12-70x12-80x10
Cable kickbacks 25x2sets 12-set 3 30x10
Cardio 15 min on elliptical 240 cal ...
Had a great workout bit was mad that my workout slightly changed due to lames using the benches at the free weights taking tooooo dang long and not making gains and they have a trainer at that.....
Post shake apple and pbj and coffee then to work ...
Lunch was Brooklyn bagel with corned beef ..
Dinner 1cup rice and collard greens and tilapia
.... That's that ... Fitmax has me always in the zone and delivers energy at the right time always ... Even on a day that I feel like I'm dragging ... From marriage activity lol I know I know I put that out there... BUT IM MAKING GAINS SON!!! ZAYFITNESS
 
Chest and Triceps always a solid workout split. The pumps should've been pretty impressive, thanks for the update

I'm taking two scoops too. Not noticing any real pumps. Everything else is on point tho.

I did two and a quarter today and it was perfect. Might go with that from now on.

Did shoulders yesterday today was back and biceps... Only one more workout with fitmax I enjoy every min of the formula will post when I get a chance
 
As promised epic shoulders....
Started with side laterals 20x15-25x12-30x10
In between were front raises 25x15-30x12-35x10
Db shoulder press 45x12-50x12-55x12
Bent over side raises with head on bench 20x2sets of 12
Tried something new a sitting shoulder bench was in squat rack so I did barbell sitting shoulder press 50x12-90x12-100x12-110x6
Man that felt like amazing on shoulders
Cable machine side raises 20x12 repeat for set 2 then set 3 25x10
Behind the neck press hammer strength..50x12-55each side x12reps-70x12 for another set...

20min stair mill post shake and plain beagle from Brooklyn beagles with tuna ....lunch was turkey sandwich ... Dinner tylapia 1cup rice and green beans and broccoli ...

Back attack and biceps
3sets pull ups 8reps
Bent over barbell wide grip row-50x12-70x12 110x12
Db rows bent over 55x12-65x12-70x12
Db curls 30x12-35x12-40x10-

Post shake and apple lunch 1/2 cup rice collard greens thin cut steak .,.dinner 1 1/2 cup rice collard greens green beans and broccoli and thin cut steak with lentils ....tomorrow is the final ride on this epic journey of fitmax overall I feel stronger and feel more lean....

That was that for legs already sore as a beast ....this was by far the best leg workout I have had in a while thanks to fitmax....man this is an epic product in fact I'm ordering 2tubs one for me and the other for my wife....
