(1) Are you over 18 years of age? If so what is your age? Yes, 26
(2) How long have you been a member of the AnabolicMinds.com community? 2 Months
(3) How long have you been a consumer of sports nutrition supplements? I have used supplements and have read and posted Bodybuilding/supplement forums since I was 15, so 11 years.
(4) Have you tried Alphamax or Fitmax and how was your experience? I have yet to try either unfortunately.
(5) How long have you been training? I started training when I was 14, when I was 15 I really decided to start training properly and keeping my diet in check. In a month time period I lost 75lbs, and grew 7''. I went from 5 4'' 225 to 5 11'' 150. Over the next two years I just bulked up and was about 185-190 roughly 10% bf by the time I entered college. Towards the end of high school I hurt my back, and re-aggravated it pretty bad in college. This took me away from working out for a number of years, and led to a multi year opiate addiction (I will have 3 years clean in August). I have been back about 4 1/2 months, I lost 35-40lbs, and I just started a clean bulk / recomp.
(6) Do you hold any academic degrees and/or professional certifications related to the industry?
I completed 2 years of Kinesiology, and am going back to school in the fall to re-start my journey of working in the fitness/nutrition/supplement industry.
(7) Explain why you would be the best candidate for this position?
I probably wouldn't be the best candidate off the bat, what I would be is a good investment so to speak. I have worked in sales for close to 5 years, from everything from financial, to door to door, business to business and when I started working at any of those companies, I was far from the best, but my work ethic, and desire to learn about the company, the product/s, and my craft in general would always propel me to the top.
(8) What skills and attributes can you bring to our team?
As I stated above I have worked in sales/marketing for 5 years, I know that you need to be a team player, I know that referral/word of mouth is huge when it comes to promoting ANYTHING, and having mutual respect between potential customers plays a big role in that. I have worked for big companies and small companies, successful companies and ones that have tanked, so I can provide insight on what may or may not work from a marketing/customer service standpoint. I can also tell you this, I am basically dropping everything to achieve my goals of working in this industry, and working in a fitness/nutrition field as well, so I will work hard, do whats needed/asked of me to start making a name for myself and the company I eventually get hired to. It's a promise I make to every employer, I have always fulfilled my end, unfortunately more often than not my employer hasn't, which is why I am going back to school, and trying to work for a supplement company as well.
(9) Will you be able to take on the daily and weekly tasks as required by us?
100%, I have all the time and internet access available to do whats needed.
(10) Why Performax Labs? What makes our company standout and how can you help us grow?
Why Performax Labs? If I said it's because I am an avid user of your products I would be lying, In fact I am fairly new to THIS board, and learning about a lot of smaller companies I hadn't heard of. The reason why, is I remember reading a post from one of the reps saying something along the lines "we're a young eager company looking to expand". I love hearing that. If your not moving forward, your falling back in life, I love that mentality and outlook. When I hear this I also believe there is room for me, if I prove myself, to grow within the company as well. How can I help you grow? I have watched this industry for over a decade, I have seen trends come and go, companies come and go, and I believe my years on internet forums dealing with supplements will help me provide insight, as will my years in sales/marketing. I used to come into work at 7-7:30 am and call Europe, and stay till midnight calling the west coast, so my strong work ethic, and overall drive in life/work/fitness will shine in a role like this.
Thanks for your consideration,
-Ian
