Performax Alpha Max (blue caps vs. brown)

Bought some bottles of the newer version. Busted out half a bottle of the old one to kick off my run and noticed they are brown caps.

Just being overly cautious (anal, if you will): still dose just 1-1 with both, or do you advise a different dosing scheme?

Both were actually 2-2.

2 am and 2 pre bed is what most do.

Yep, exact same product and same exact dosing just different labels/color capsules.

Do 2 upon waking and 2 before bed!

Those damn blue caps are the devil. If you don't drink enough wawa before bed those ****ers will stick right in your throat. Wonder if the brown caps do that. This is no diss to my homies. Those blue caps are just straight killaz
