Peptides, Sarms and ... ! Do we know the long term sides ?

I see alot of people taking peptides , sarms and ... but there is no research on long term side effects. Then how do you guys take all these things without knowing what you are taking ?

just want to know for my knowledge

Well peptides have been around for a while and a lot of people have been running them for years with no side effects. SARMS on the other hand are meant to be run at very low doses for people with cancer, not bodybuilders that want to run 5x the recommended dose and gain muscle. Any drug administered the wrong way could give you long term side effects, these drugs are no different.
 
I wish I knew more about the negatives of SARMs too, all the cycles/logs/reviews I've read say NO SIDE EFFECTS, and any mature athlete knows that can't be true, there is no such thing as no drawback in anything in life, it's all about balancing risks vs. rewards and understanding the compromises. I wish I had time to dig through the SARM studies to learn more.
 
I'm starting week 2 of ostra at 12.5 to 15mg a day, so far I don't feel anything good or bad. The only thing I noticed the 1st time I took it was a slight increase in body temp. My blood pressure has been perfect while on. Ive read that it can slightly shut you down. So starting week 3 ill run erase until the end of the cycle. I have bloods from before and will get some after as well.
 
Im worried about other sides that we dont have any clue about. SARMS are so new no one really has solid info on them because they have not been around all that long and are so different then AAS or PH's.
 
Sarms are just modified steroids. The long term effects should not be any worse, and should be even better than typical steroids.

eh kinda...But they are much safer with less sides.

People forget that these compounds made it through several phases of clinical trials.

They are pretty safe.
