Peptides (Injury recovery)

I recently saw a study posted on Facebook, tho I can't find the damm thing but it somewhat said something about a Peptide and disc regeneration .

What, if any peptides would aid in this?
I've never done anabolics, or anything of a sort but my lower back is really bugging me after all these years.

I have a few bulged discs, minor narrowing of the chanel on L5/S1, facet of the joint on another. I get pins and needles(deadleg) on my right side when I sit down. I do have hip issues because of this, my training has slowed down much and I wouldn't even dare try doing a squat or deadlift. Spine specialist said put up with the pain.

I'm looking into PRP injections and peptides to find any aid.

Thanks

I recently (well 6wks ago isn't that recent I guess) screwed my lower back up playing ball. Chiro thinks I have bulging discs and we're going to confirm that with an MRI soon. Either way I'm starting TB-500 tonight hopefully and I'll see if it aids in recovery. I just stopped smoking which was a horrible habit I recently fell back into and he thinks that should help a lot with healing also. I have bad lower back pain and pain shooting down my legs so I need to get this gone ASAP.

I've heard various stuff, but 2-5mg a week for a few weeks then 2-5mg a month for maintenance I think. I'm going 5mg a week for a month and then 5mg a month after that.

I have been told as little as 1 mg a week will aid in recovery. I would use 2-4 mg for 4-6 weeks and then lower to maintenance 1mg ew for a few more weeks . There hasn't been many articles on it yet so I don't believe an actual dosing schedule has been figured out yet.

ACT1 peptide
- promotes skin wound healing
- closure at the wound site
- reduced scarring at the site of injury
- reduced inflammation at injury site
- research is being conducted in healing of the heart(tons of successful studies on heart post injury), spinal cord, cornea.

BPC 157:

- BPC 157 has been shown in rat studies to heal torn quadriceps muscles, detached achilles tendon, muscles that have been damaged/crushed
- dramatic fast recovery from muscle tears
- tendon to bone healing
- increased ligament healing
- has a variety of protective effects in the organs
- human trials demonstrate healing and prevention of stomach ulcers
- no adverse reactions have been seen in human trials.

These are looking interesting as-well!

GHRP2 and CJC1295 completely cured tendinitis in my monkey's arm... took about three months.
