Peptide dosing *

Need some help with single dosing conversion using the following peps.

Clenbuterol 200mcg x 30ml
Anastrozole 1mg x 30ml
T3 (liothyronine)100 mcg x 30ml
Clomiphene 50mg x 30ml

So will ½ ml of Clen be 100mcg and if I am just starting, half of 1/4ml should give me 25mcg? Thanks guys
