How to reconstitute your peptides with the appropriate solution seems to be a common question and source of confusion for newbies. This is a great link that should help eliminate confusion.
I still recommend that you figure out how to do this with a calculator. It is simple math and a good academic exercise. You should be able to explain how to do this without a calculator (and I can).
