People need mind their own business. Right?

Today its all about wasting precious time...not to mention everyone is limited to thinking of their life only. Alot of problems would vanish if greed(in the form of money/time/energy) vanished. One thing, look up whats called "Lean Manufacturing" it pisses me off. They will put people though hell if over the course of a 5 year period it adds even a marginal profit even if the daily stress is great. nngh....

you know about some Lean? Maybe that's why i was an a-hole. Industrial Technology is my major, emphasis on Lean and Six Sigma. I think it's time to change majors.

Maybe the cashier was actually interested in learning more about eating correctly.

Was a great opportunity to be an ambassador for the sport of bodybuilding.

Yep, although you were tired....and when I'm tired I'm very irritable :sgrin: ...you could of been nice. 2 minutes of friendliness is never too much to ask for. Too many people these days walk around b*tching and moaning about stuff. Noone seems happy. She wasn't in your personal business. I certainly don't want to act like I've never done anything disrespectful to anyone before, because that would be a lie. But with age and experience comes wisdom. You shouldn't disrespect someone like that when they did nothing to deserve it. Karma's a b*tch. If anything she was probably just trying to be nice, instead of some drone, and she deserved the same in return. Live and learn my friend.

Noted good sir. I'm already choosing my words and actions a little more carefully. Maybe starting this thread like that was a good thing. It ended up being one of those life lessons.

Right on man. I would have to agree with you there. You can be the Master of mischief, mayhem, debauchery, destruction, mayhem, balderdash, and plain old poppycocck and still be a nice guy when warranted lol! It will in turn make you a happier person. I've just started catching on to this over the past couple years. Sometimes it can be HARD, but worth it.

Was it a little rough? Sure... But patience isn't something easy to have, being Bipolar Type 2 i have said somethings that i really, seriously regret because i was at a high, or a way low. BB'n has helped me a ton in keeping my body balanced and controlling my highs and lows. (High - Dont lift as hard, run - Low Lift heavy, run less). Personally i am more than willing to help anyone who asks me about the sport, or even eating healthy. I have helped numerous people at work loose weight and start dieting. It makes me feel great, and i feel that it is something i should do to others willing to learn. Even if its a few questions.

As for cashiers, as long as they don't get creepy im totally willing to talk to them. I mean if you think about it.. they stand there all day, watching people buy ****. Make **** for cash...

i know what you mean. it was very out of character for me. normally i try to make them laugh or something. some like it, some don't. from now on, that is my goal with every cashier. i may even be a little BP, if you can even be a little. but i need a LOT more patience.
