People looking to lose weight, supplements aren't a MUST

haha yea I know its tough, but it really helps me get that diet nailed 100%. To be honest, I am proabably at the same place 3 weeks into dieting that most are and using the kitchen sink.

Difference is their diet and cardio is proabably 75% on...Mines 100%. except that slip with frosted flakes on day 3

No! bc I'll get hooked on them. Then, when it comes time to move back to school I wont be able to find them because I'll be in the south and I dont think they can even spell organic.

For the record, I love th south. If there's one thing I love mroe than the south though, it's poking fun at my friends and the rest of the people who live down there and their education.

Nowadays theres a fair bit of organic stores around the major cities even in the south. Plus you could still order it on the internet :) I'm hooked on the paul newman Newman O's organic oreos...

If you ever want to really see what 49th in education really looks like, go visit Hawaii and just look at signs, things on the sides of trucks, etc. Makes the south look like Oxford scholars. "Plumbor for hiree" was among the best on the side of a beat up pickup truck.
