Penicillin safe on cycle?

Yesterday I got an in grown tooth pulled and the oral surgeon prescribed me penicillin. My question is, will it be safe to start a cycle while still on penicillin? The reason I'm asking is because I would prefer not to delay my cycle by a week. I did search on google but found no definitive answers.

Id wait. Not that I know of any drug actions but more in consideration of the affects of antibiotics physiologically n impact of steroids on immune system
