wow looks interesting. u dont want to bump the deca up at all or is that suffiecient? The igf1 is igf1lr3 correct?

yes its lr3. deca is only for speeding collagen synthesis so not needing high dosages, but will raise it over the next few weeks to 200mg/E5D.
 
all i can say is mgf+igf+hgh and a little AAS have helped me maintain a lot of my mass while i cant do any upper body training. its been 7 weeks since having my pec repaired and i hadnt trained for a week before the op so 8 weeks has passed. i have been doing higher reps limited leg workouts 3 times/wk(legpress+extensions+seated hammie-curl+calves). and also on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes 3times/week.

i was 108kg before the layoff. i dropped to 102kg due to bad case of the runs while on antibiotics within 2 weeks. anyways week by week i have been regaining muscle.
im now sitting at 105kg with 1% less bf. and nobody can believe how full my upperbody looks, you can hardly even tell i havent been training it.

all i can say is I damn well love peptides!


well i still have to experiment further with peptides i have, igf and mgf so we shall see, hopefully i will make new gains during pct and afterwards and i will be able to say 'damn i love peptides'

yes just now as only concerned with tendon recovery.
but previous i was targetting 2 muscle groups/wk and alternating each week tio 2 different groups.

but well to me peptides are magic, im not far off my highest amount of lbm and thats compared to high amounts of aas.

when im back to full training with added aas, 110kg+ at 9%- should be easy. i dont know why not everyone is achieving amazing results with peptides, maybe because I already reached my genetic potential so extra cells/fibres really show? just a thought.

possibly and also dosage too, maybe different people have sweet spots at different dose

so i ended my cycle early after 3 months, decided not to do 6 months...was getting anxious to be natural,,dont know why

anyways, for PCT, i was doing SERM, cjc/ghrp, PEG MGF, slin

and i lost nothing, stayed lean and muscular. I say hcg during cycle and those above peps definitely helped this PCT. Best PCT ever.

well done, great changes in physique, probably not seeing near full benefits of the cjc/ghrp yet either.
 
comacho very well done indeed. certainly some nice gains made and i have to say your condition is very good. have you stepped onstage yet? If not, I suggest you do. ;)
 
Yeah, always still around, it is all about temptation, I enjoy seeing what's new and stuff, but there are just certain things I can't do anymore and when it starts getting a little too enticing I back off a little. Thats neither here nor there, what is great to see is the gains made off of a pretty conservative cycle as far as dosages go. Many newbies should be pointed towards this. Until you cant gain off of 350-500 mgs of long ester test/week over 8-12 weeks you have no business going higher or adding more things, outside of support supps and many dont need much more period. Your log is great testament to that, you have some experience under your belt and yet made great gains using not a ton more. Keep it up man, those peps I am sure will be great at maintaining gains and probably aid in further hardening and fat loss and you're already ripped.

Ill be logging Peg-MGF/CJC/GHRP soon enough. So itll be another good Peg-MGF log for everyone. Might throw in havoc or Epistane, unsure still.

Alot of info in here on conflicting dosage, length of cycle too.

yea i will be in april. Im running 1mg peg-MGF sub Q 500mg every 3 days. a week for 10-12 weeks.
GHRP6 at 250-300mcg 2x a day. Night and morn
CJC at 300mcg(i think?) Mon & thur

Soemthin like that...i had it written down just cant remember exact figures. Goal for me is to help lean out and hold muscle. Then later after may ill go on a mass run....thatll be good.

MT, goodluck with everything, you have awhile to go, diet down sloooowly, my friend started way ahead way too fast and a month before his show (nov 8th) he had a breakdown, crying and weird **** lol

DW, i dont think i would stack mgf with AAS, and save it for peps only cycle preferably during PCT. That's just me. I am going to stack AAS/CJC/ghrp/slin though next cycle. increased GH from GHRH will create igf and its derivatives like mgf and all that endogenously anyways...so why stack more? i might as well get more AAS or save mgf for PCT. im sure someone will disagree but whatever.

as for the dosage i am doing 200mcg everyday post workout. I know the 1/2 life is 48 hours or so, but i just like dosing it everyday. at this dosage it's still very mild, i feel a slight pump and soreness. I was shooting slin/mgf for 4 weeks, this week i dropped slin and just doing mgf post workout and i will report back if there is any difference, i thought i was more sore after dropping slin. MGF has DOM effect right? that means slin may have negated the dom effect? not sure, i will report back.

i have to say 1.5-2mg must be a minimum. i know its ridiculous but its very mild so it needs to be run high and for a long time i think...im sure it works but like i said it still needs to be looked upon and more people need to run it high by ITSELF. Not everyone has run high mg mgf by itself, everyone stacks, so who knows how effective it is? im stacking with cjc/ghrp so my feedback is muddled and dont take it too seriously yet. lol

personally at this point, im using mgf cuz i had a bunch that i bought early this year so im using it up, but i would get more ghrp/cjc instead and bump the dose up,,,you can feel/see the results faster with that combo.

FYI, during my pct i was only doing 100mcg cjc/100mcg ghrp6 in the morning, 4iu slin/200mcg mgf post workout, 200mcg ghrp6 at night for 3 weeks...i hurt my chest a week ago so i bumped up the cjc to 200mcg and ghrp6 to 400mcg per day and upped my cal.

during the first week of PCT, there was a loss of aas pump with water, but strength, workout load, recovery have not been affected. I am going up on the weights and such. Work volume is still very high but no overtraining. The vascularity and leanness stuck and midsection's skin fold is getting tighter slowly. steady progress is really making me happy now.

cant wait to hop on AAS though, sick of popping OTC supps (too many) and going through slin pins everyday lol
 
just to update,

dropping to 700mcg CJC/2.1mg GHRP per week, and lowering calories back as i have recovered from the chest injury.

adding 40mcg of igf lr3 before going to the gym and 200mcg of PEG MGF after lifting.

also switched to morning lifting so shoot schedule is

100mcg cjc/ 100mcg GHRP6 in the morning between 2-3am when i get up to piss.

get up at 4am take my stimulants and shoot 40mcg igf lr3

go lift at 5am

shoot 200mcg peg mgf at 630am

go home and eat, work, eat, eat etc.

shoot 200mcg GHRP6 bed time.

today felt a big pump the first 1/2 of the workout, maybe igf that i shot pre workout as nothing has changed in terms of supps/diet.
