Anyone here use or can recomend a decent pedometer ?
My Dad who is 77 is still in great shape and enjoys his walks everyday , besides still working full time just because he enjoys that , too.
He has his walk estimated at about three miles but I know he'd get a charge out of actually seeing how far he's really walking.
I'm sure there are pieces of crap out there I want to avoid buying so wondering if any of you could make a suggestion for a good one ?
