'Bout 3 yrs. ago i was involved in a bad car wreck. I had to have spinal fusion surgery and stay in a CTO neck brace for like 3 mons. It screwed my entire left side up pretty bad, my left lat, bicep, and mainly my pectoral got really small and weak in comparison to their counterparts. When i look in the mirror i can see a significant difference in the size and symmerty of my pecs. How can I fix this bull$hit. Please someone help. I used to lift prior to the accident, i just recently got back into weight lifting.

Unilateral work would be a good starting point. So exercises where your arms must work independently of another. Db bench, db incline, db decline, cable flys, etc. Same thing for lats - single arm rowing variants.

I would do alot of ISO lateral work. I would focus on mind muscle connection of the weaker side when performing excersizes. Also never let the stronger side do more reps than the weaker. lead with the weaker side and then match the reps with tstronger. You might also want to add in a day of just the left side as well.

I can tell you that this will take alot of persistence and patience.
