Here is a breakfast food I like when i am not watching my calories.
1 Cup Instant oatmeal
2-3 tbsp Natural peanut butter
1 tbsp splenda brown sugar
2 tbsp spray butter
Put everything in a bowl and microwave for about 1:20sec mix and enjoy. the peanut butter will melt very well and after it mixes will almost have a consistency of no bakes cookies.
