PEA / Hordenine Stack

I want to start experimenting with a PEA / Hordenine Stack. I have SNS Pea Caps 500 mg and Haya 100 mg Hordenine Caps. From what I've read so far is, you take the hordenine first and then the PEA 30min later. I would start with 1 cap each, but most suggestions tend to 30-50 mg Hordenine. Is 100 mg too much, should I open the cap and take only half? What are the experiences with that stack here, and are there any other things to stack with that?
 
I've seen most people talk about going with 30 to 50 mg. of Hordenine like you said. I normally am not a fan of opening capsules and discarding content bc its hard to be accurate, but you may want to on this one for the Hordenine.

We've had a lot of feedback from people doing that over the years. We were going to do a Hordenine but then the FDA put it on that list, so we decided not to.

But from what I saw, people experimented with the timing of taking the PEA-500 Xtreme capsule 15 mins, 30 mins, and 45 mins to see which way they liked better.
 
I was curious about hordenine, was scared when I saw its connection w/ nitrosamines (cancer-causing substances in smoked meat and cigarettes), but an AM user clarified it for me. Then I read about the FDA ban :(
 
So is it actually banned? Or just on a potential hit list still?

And all notable nootropic companies have stopped selling it as a supplement. some suppliers sell it as RCs. I am not too keen on putting raw RCs into my body yet
