Thoughts on taking arimistane as oct for a period of time after pct with nolvadex and enclomiphene?Just to make sure the test level can return to normal. If so how much and how long

If you’re already getting SERMs, why would you use arimistane instead of exemestane or something? You could do this, I just don’t see the point. Also, arimistane isn’t all that effective and makes me feel terrible. It really won’t do anything for recovery, but may help estrogen a little. I’ve heard of estrogen rebound after coming off SERMs, but I usually taper down doses to avoid that.

Is taking arimistane after serms pct as a part of an oct optimal for testosrerone and estrogen return to normal to a greater extent in contrast to go completely clean after the pct

I don't think there's any difference really. Seems like Arimistane is better at lowering cortisol, than estro. Many don't get anything out of Arimistane, but then there are some, that say they get great leaning out effect. Regarding restoring hormonal production, I wouldn't bother.

Arimistane does nothing for my testosterone, close to nothing for my estrogen and has a decent effect on cortisol. In my opinion it's a waste of money for test and estrogen. If you want cortisol control there are better and cheaper supplements
