PCT

Ok so I am taking 50mgs of anavar per day, split into two 25mg doses, for 5 weeks. I am taking cycle assist during these 5 weeks. Then for a pct i am taking t-911 for 4 weeks. Ill be taking milk thistle, fish oil, and multivitamins as throughout the 9 weeks.

Is this good?

I would at least take Erase Pro + DAA. Anavar isnt very suppressive, and 50mg a day for 5 weeks isnt exactly a potent cycle.
 
so i should take the anavar and cycle assist together and then the erase pro + DAA together right after?
 
your PCT is terrible man, hate to break it to ya. AT THE LEAST take Erase Pro + DAA, but ideally you want a SERM

Me? I recommend not using prohormones unless you are extremely experienced with your body/supps/diet and not starting until you have everything ready to go. Seeing as that is not the case but you already started....SERM.
 
i havent started yet. im working on getting everything planned out now. For my pct ill take nolvadex for a SERM.

During my cycle should i take a test booster like adaptodrol or t-911?

Hmmm I would go with DAA + erase as mentioned above. Might would stretch anavar to 8 weeks. (thats on you as mentioned above 5 weeks is short) and IMO nolva at 40/40/40/20 should work. But I have heard that anavar doesn't atomatize so it may not be that big of a deal (if this is true) but to be safe still do the nolva. Thats just my .02 and I am no professional by any means.

I would use erase with cycle, DAA post cycle. Youre gonna use a SERM for PCT so you shouldn't need any AI. Especially with Anavar. You don't have to have a longer cycle but you should see better results with 8. But like I said, I'm no professional (and nothing I have said constitutes medical advice)

Although you may want to see what other peoples experiences are with the AI. I have read that it can negatively impact the HPTA but I've also read that its better to have it post cycle to coax your body into producing more test. Honestly the argument for using it post cycle makes more sense but I'm no doctor or anything.

My only cycle was set up by my brother in law. I didn't have an AI just a t booster and nolva. and before anyone says it, yes I was too young and no I do not plan to repeat anytime soon. Just gonna wait and grow up a lil bit before I make that decision.

What are his stats? Cannot see on app but this is why I will not repeat. Gotta reach genetic potential before you start tweaking it

a test booster and Nolva is fine (depending on what compound you ran, u may have wanted to chose clomid) but many people run DAA + Nolva as PCT
 
So how does this sound as a recap

Daily Dosage
1 – 10 Anavar 40mg split into two dosages
11 – 42 Anavar 60mg split into two dosages
1 – 42 Erase 2 capsule per day, 1 morning and 1 at night

Week 7 - 10 Nolva 40/40/40/20
Week 7 - 8 DAA 4 Capsules twice per day
Wekk 9 - 10 DAA 4 Capsules once per day

so ur going an extra 1 week on anavar (6 weeks instead of 5)
 
yea i know you said 8 weeks is better so ill try to do 8 but right now im planning on 6. is everything else good? like running the erase with the var and then daa + nolva as a pct? or should i run the erase with the pct?
