I am in my pct phase of my first cycle and i am wondering what type of workout i should be doing during this part of my phase. I just did a 4 wk H-Drol cycle it looked like this.....
H-Drol 50/50/75/75
Pct- nolva 40-25/25/25/10
any thoughts?
there are alot of ppl on here that say stay with the same workout i do not understand this at all. when i am on cycle i workout 6 days a week 1.5 to 2 hours a day cuz i can recover that fast on a good cycle.if i worked out like that off cycle i would be overtraining.and if your not amping up your workout will you are on cycle are you realy getting the most out of it.
