pct timing after sust cyle

I'm planning on running a sust. only cycle for 10 weeks at 250mg twice a week. My question is how long after my last injection should i wait to start pct? I plan on using nolva. Thanks

I would guess the regular two weeks after last pin because of the longer esthers, but that is only a guess.
