PCT recovery

What PCT should i run in order to be able to cycle 6 weeks after the end of PCT?
I'm running a 10 week cycle of test e and want to run a cycle around 12 weeks after my final pin - 6 weeks after PCT is finished..I've currently got Nolva 40/40/20/20 planned, what else should i run?
 
First, remember Test E has a long active life ester 14 days. Before you start your PCT I would kick start with HCG 250iu ED for 21 days. Once your Ester is out if your system your PCT protocol will run smoother. You'll get a better recovery with the HCG kick start.

If you think about it, why have your PCT protocol fight the remaining ester in your system that suppressed you in the first place.
 
As a rule of thumb, they say you should wait double the length of your actual cycle (not including PCT) to allow recovery before beginning another cycle. Something to think about as it would be wise to wait a little longer.
