PCT Recovery from Tren / 19 Nor based cycles with out HCG

Hi All

Have you ever ran a Tren A or Tren E based cycles for around 10-12 weeks and recovered in PCT without the use of HCG on cycle, if so how long did you have to run the PCT and what was used.
