PCT question

As far as I know, sarms and ph's all decrease shbg levels. During pct, you would want something to prevent estrogen and increase natural test levels. Wouldn't a test booster like Alphamax XT be a bad choice during pct because the ingredient Uritica Dioica actually inhibits the shbg? Or am I wrong? Can someone clarify this for me? Well yeah, in one sense youre kinda right; PCT is concerned with re-normalisation. Ideally everything will balance out to healthy pre-cycle levels.

But, saying that, the process of normalisation can obviously involve hormonal imbalance. Often, high e2 and SHBG. Too high, and this will potentially hinder recovery and libido/etc.

An AI like aromasin would lower e2 and SHBG, but the risk is it could do so too much especially with the former. Context is key (what compounds did you run on-cycle? What are your blood levels of e2, etc?)

But generally, lowering SHBG (or at least "controlling" it) will be beneficial. Keep in mind that modifying one hormone will have effects on other hormones, too.
