Coming off a rad 140 4 andro cycle in a week ... it will be a 12 week run ... I have rc nolva and Clomid ... can I get some dosage help for that protocol and I’m not sure what one I’m going to use yet was leaning more towards nolva

def nolva and I'd have some AI on hand
 
If nolva then 5 weeks 20/20/20/10/10

If clomid 50/50/25/25

for doses

I’d normally say 4 weeks but you’ve been on for longer than normal so a 5th week would be useful imo

When would be the best time of day to dose the nolva night or day ? Does it matter
 
I started doing nolva clomid combo and I like it. Long half life with both so just dose it about the same time everyday, when doesn't really matter.

Thanks for the reply ... how do you feel on pct this will be my first ... legit pct not some crappy otc thing
 
Pct is no where near as fun as a cycle. Keep your head in the game and accept you'll lose some strength. Didn't see it was your first time, I'd only do one serm to see how it treats you... ie a lot of people hate clomid, I feel great on it... Ask around too, lots of old heads with better advice than me

I’ve ran sarms with its pcts before and felt fine but this time ran a long cycle and decided it was time to do a real pct with it.
 
So I’m 4 days into my pct and I’m feeling really good I’m actually surprised... I thought I’d feel like ****

Nolva is very little to no sides for most with reasonable doses. Serm side effects is really reaching in bro knowledge like reddit subs. The norm is now my 'blood test shows a t of 38 but my lh and fh is almost is range so I'm not doing a pct'. I'd rather get back to speed then slow down, rather than hoping to catch up. Being catabolic a few months after kinda defeats a cycle imo.

I see I’m learning as I go I fucked up and didn’t do bloods before but I did do all my other blood work and just cholesteral was alil off but that’s it
 
Starting 3rd week of pct ... dropping nolva down to 10mg feeling great ... strength went down alil two less reps per set but still feel good ... running mk677 along side at 10mg
