PCT - Nolva - Help

I just finished my first ph cycle and tomorrow I will be starting PCT...I ordered Nolva and from what I've read i'm going to do 40,30,20,10 (is this daily or weekly?) weeks 1-4 but I dont know how much that is...I have a little bottle (liquid) it says "20mg/ml" and then says "50ml" and it came with a little seringe type measuring thing with marking at .5 mL - 3mL and 1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp...so how much is 40? cause if this whole bottle is only 20 or 50 ML then how much of this **** do I need?

You need to start off with 40 mg daily. That means you need 2 mL of solution per day (i.e. 2x20mg/mL). Your bottle contains 50 mL of Nolva.

Something you may want to take into consideration is that Nolva is the name for tamoxifen citrate. The citrate molecule simply stabilizes tamoxifen, and you need take into account that about 1/3 of the chemical that you're consuming is inert.

In other words, to get 40 mg of tamoxifen, take 3 mL of solution (which is 60 mg of tamoxifen citrate). For 20 mg of tamoxifen, take 1.5 mL.
