About to finish my first ph cycle of m-sten mass builder , now for pct not 100% sure what to get in it been reading different opinions all over the forums... I'm thinking of taking novedex XT with erase pro or not sure if i should do post cycle 3x with erase pro. Could use some advice please and thanks. 26 years old , 169 , 5'8 trying to put on 20 lbs.

shoulda known before starting the cycle. not ask when youre aproaching the end

use the search function. its an easy question that has been answered many times. if youre part of the no serm crew, you wont keep any of your gains

Should have had your **** together before you started, chances are he is gonna end his cycle before he even knows where to get anything or any orbit shows up

You should be fine running 4 weeks of clomid @ 100/50/50/50
throw in 3g DAA ED and some erase pro as well just to keep you feeling good.

You need a couple things:

- a serm (toremifene is the best but clomid will suffice) if you choose torem it is dosed 90/60/60/30, if you choose clomid it would be dosed 50/25/25/25
- a test booster with avenacosoides in it to boost free test (unleashed by protein factory and blue up stim free by controlled labs both have this ingredient but unleashed is a little better)
- a test booster for libido support/ testosterone boosting (recycle by purus labs or post cycle by protein factory are both good)
- d-aspartic acid (shown to boost test levels by 40% in men over 60 and in pct we fall into this category)
- a mild ai such as transdermal formestane (formastanzol by ********* or formasurge by bps nutrition) or arimistane (erase by pes or revolution pct by finaplex)
